• REFUNDS POLICY

  Returns and Refunds Policy:

  • You have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours without giving a reason.

  • The period for canceling an order is 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order.

  • In order to exercise this cancellation right, you must inform us of the decision with a clear statement. You can inform us by email at gliartigianidelcalcio@gmail.com We will send the refund within 20 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. We will use a payment method which allows us to credit the order refund to the designated customer who will not be charged any refund fees. Sale items can also be refunded.

  Return conditions:

  In order for the products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The products have been purchased no more than 14 days ago

  • The product is not used or damaged

  • The products are in the original packaging

  The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products supplied according to specifications or customization indicated.

  • Products supplied which by nature are non-returnable, such as products that perish quickly or expired.

  • Products supplied which are not returnable for hygienic and sanitary reasons, opened after delivery.

  • Products supplied which, after delivery, by nature, are inseparable from others.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the return conditions above at our sole discretion.

  Returned products:

  You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products.

  1. We cannot be held responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service.

  2. We are unable to provide a refund without having received the products or proof of shipment of the products.     

  PRODUCTS PURCHASED AS A GIFT:

  If the Products were marked as a gift when purchased and were shipped directly to you, you will ONLY receive a refund of the return value once we have received the returned product from you, after which the refund will be sent within 15 working days and a notice of message to the returning buyer’s email to confirm that the return was successful and that we are in the process of processing a refund.

  WHILE

  If the products have not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift buyer has received these products directly, we will send a refund directly to the gift buyer.
